The room available is downstairs. There is a separate study (currently used as an oversized wardrobe⁄storage area) attached to the room and plenty of additional storage space. Your own bathroom and the laundry are also situated downstairs (laundry is shared) and a lock up garage space with internal access is also included.
Upstairs is 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and the shared kitchen, living and dining area. Upstairs is fully furnished, but the available room is unfurnished besides the wardrobe.
You will be sharing the house with two mature female students. We would love someone who is friendly and considerate to come and share the home. It is a relatively quiet household but we enjoy spending time together. We would prefer a like-minded student or full-time employee to join the house.
The house is ~500m to the bus stop running to the University of Queensland. Kenmore shops are just over 1km away and the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is about a 5-10min drive. We are very close to the Western Freeway for an easy commute into the city for potential workers.
Rent is $160 per week, internet is an extra $30 per month. Electricity bills are split evenly each quarter. The new tenant will be added to the lease agreement (they will be taking over my part of the lease as I will be leaving) therefore bond is applicable. The current lease is until February 2016.
